I can’t believe how long it’s been since I posted any reports!

The lack of reports doesn’t mean no fishing or catching though.

I had a few charters over the last month or so with 4 customers on board catching a bunch of fish making it difficult to get any pictures. My preferred bait of scaled sardines has been readily available making it that much easier to catch a ton of fish.

The snook bite has been fantastic. Pretty much every charter has seen double digit catches of snook, with lots of small fish, but chances at big girls on pretty much every trip.

Huge schools of jack crevalle have been busting bait all over the bay and crushing our baits as well, adding to the action. A few spotted sea trout, mangrove snapper, and some early sheepshead have all been brought over the rails through the month.

My favorite pods of dolphins are still eager to play on just about every trip, and there are a few new ones around as well. There are 2 of the largest ones that have a new favorite game of doing everything they can to actually splash us in the boat, big fun.

A duo of couples was nice enough to share some pictures they took of a great day we had in Estero Bay, thanks Vince!
